How to Optimize Video Presentations for Posting

• Equipment needed: video recorder, tripod, extra batteries,



• It may help to have lights on in the room for better lighting.



• Record video in a high resolution (not just 640 x 480, since the sound quality may suffer). Covert to smaller file size on a computer using anyvideocoverter (free).



• When converting, keep the sound bitrate high (256). Set the video resolution at 640 x 480. Save in avi or mp4 format.



• Optiminal file size for a 5-minute presentation: 30 MB
